He’s known for blending data-driven marketing with creative storytelling to elevate brands in competitive markets. Jim also plays an active role as Managing Partner at Round Agencies, where he helps drive agency growth and client success across tourism and tech sectors.

Jae is a business operations and strategy leader who helps high-growth companies turn complexity into clarity and momentum. With a focus on scalable, high-impact solutions, Jae designs operating models and performance frameworks that drive alignment, consistency, and execution across teams and regions. Often brought in during periods of growth or change, Jae simplifies complexity, strengthens accountability, and enables organizations to deliver results at scale—supporting clients in raising approximately $250M in growth capital along the way.
